| Friends And Dates is a section under Khattam.com.
This section will serve its member with searchable database
of member profiles. |

| Can I send
messages to members listed ? If yes, How ? |
| Yes offcourse, you can send messages to
other members listed in Friends And Dates. For that, the only
condition is you need to be an approved member in Friends
And Dates as others. To send message to other members if
you are already a member yourself then just login into your
account using your email address as username and password from
login page.
After signing in into your account just browse through members
list and visit show detail page of desired member. On that page
you can find a link "Contact Now FREE". Just click
on that link and a message composer will open. Just write down
your own custom message and send it. However, this link will
not work untill you login into your account. |

| What are the requirement
to become a member? |
| To become a member one should have an
email address (something@hotmail.com, something@yahoo.com)
etc. A member should have atleast 1 digital photo in
which the face must be clear. And must provide the general
personal informations. |

| Does this charge me
any money? |
| No, Khattam.com (Friends And Dates) doesnot
have any intention to charge its members and visitors for the
service it provides. This service is 100% free to everyone
over 14 years of age. However, Khattam.com holds the rights
to charge for its service. |

| What are process for
sign up ? |
| There are 3 major process in sign up.
1) To become a member one should fill a basic form
submitting personal email address. As soon as the form is
submitted an email will be sent to the email submitted with
the link to actual signup page. 2) Check the email and click
the link sent in email. A page with actual signup form will
be displayed. One has to submit all the fields with correct
details including atleast 1 digital photo. Failure of submiting
a proper photo or any invalid submission on other fields might
lead in permanent termination of the process. After the proper
submission of all the informations and photo. It might take
upto 24 hours for your profile to be activated. Our administrators
will verify each fields you submit and approve it if everything
seems fine. You will receive an email as your profile will be
approved and activated. 3) As you receive an email when your
profile is approved you can logon into the system and fill other
detail informations like social backgrounds and hobbies. When
all the information is submitted you can start sending message
to other members listed. |

| Can I change my informations
and Photos? |
| Yes, you can change your personal informations
after your profile is approved and activated. ie. after you
become a valid member. You can change/add your photos as well.
You can put upto 3 photos where atleast 1 photo is mandatory. |

| Can I cancel/delete my profile? |
| Yes, you can cancel your account. For
this, you need to send us an email from your email address that
you submitted while signup at "khattamdotcom@gmail.com"
with a subject "REMOVE". |

| What is buddy? How to add other
as my buddy? How to remove them? (Members*) |
| The meaning of buddy for this system is
an shortcut folder of your most often contacted members. You
need to add other members as your buddy contact manually. To
add other members as your buddy, login into your account and
browse through the members to their detail page. On this page
you'll have link "Add to My Buddy". Just click on
that link and the respective member will be added to your buddy
list. Now, you can just browse your buddy folder to broswe their
profile frequently rather than searching them from hundreds
of other members. To remove members from your buddy list again
browse throught the member to their detail page and you'll see
a new link "Remove Him/Her". This link will only appear
on those members whom you have already added as your buddy.
Click on this link will remove that member from your buddy list. |

| What is Personal Calendar? (Members*) |
| This is newly introduced feature by Friends
N Dates which is only faciliated to members. This feature will
display the calendar indicating major events (specially nepalese)
and public holidays. This feature can be used by members as
their schedule planner with reminder feature which emails you
on a particular date you choosed reminding you of an oppointment
on your email address. This feature can also be used as your
personal diary where you can note down your special events so
that you can recall and review them later on. |
